HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS: Saying Pennsylvania’s Supreme Court has been operating long enough without a seventh member, two House members have introduced a bi-partisan resolution authorizing a bipartisan impeachment investigation of convicted Supreme Court Justice Joan Orie Melvin.
