I am in agreement with the assessment brought forward by Bill Keisling. The offices involved sat on the information too long. Unkovic did his part, but those in charge for whatever reason, self interest or otherwise, sat on the information because of, evedently, inconvenienience or, say it’s not so, complicity in the matter.
I congratulate former Receiver Unkovic for having the courage to take a stand and call foul when he saw corruption. I applaud Mr. Keisling for bringing the matter to those of us who so often are too busy with our lives to see the corruption crawling past our own front door.
