Harrisburg City Council introduces income tax hike legislation

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS:  Harrisburg City Council introduced legislation tonight that would increase the earned income tax rate for residents from 1 percent to 2 percent but it must wait seven days before it votes on the bill.
