EDITOR: This is great news for travelers and for the airlines. For the travelers, it allows the advantage of seeing and choosing the most and thus best flights.  For the airlines, the service will draw their passengers to airline web sites rather than to ‘third party’ sites which charge commissions.

Hopefully  Google will soon supply the same service for hotels.   With ‘third parties’ charging commissions of about 15%, funds are being bled off from hotels to parasitical third parties who to provide little but rate transparency.   The 15% can be used for renovations and higher wages.
