HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS: Judge Bonnie Brigance Leadbetter today denied a motion to stay all activities in the receiver’s office and subpoena Unkovic to testify as to why he resigned March 30.
But at the same time, Leadbetter has ordered Unkovic to appear at the hearing to “provide evidence, if any, strictly limited to matters relevant to the appointment of maj. gen. William B. Lynch as receiver.”
Two days before he quit, Unkovic asked the state attorney general and U.S. Attorney’s offices to conduct criminal investigations of the incinerator project… (more)
