These maps are the parts of publication Deputy Chairman of the Security Council, former President of Russia, Dmitri Medvedev, made in Telegram on July 2022. Medvedev wrote:
“Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky believes that he will restore the country to its 2013 borders, but Western analysts predict that there will be one single region, the Kiev region, left of Ukraine.
“The following picture of his country’s bright future appeared in the psychotropic-affected brain of the Ukrainian president (Fig. 1). Western analysts believe that it will actually be like this (Fig. 2),”

Medvedev did not specify which Western analysts he was referring to.

The first map shows Ukraine in its 2013 borders. The second shows it with only one small Kiev region. All eastern and southern regions (Chernigov, Kharkiv, Sumy, Luhansk, Donetsk, Zaporizhzhya, Dnipropetrovsk, Kherson, Mykolayiv, Odessa, Cherkasy, Poltava , Kirovograd) went to Russia; Vinnitsa and Chernivtsi to Romania; the western (Ivano-Frankivsk, Ternopil, Khmelnitsky, Rovno, Zhitomir, Volyn, Lviv) to Poland; and Zakarpattya to Hungary.

Google shows hundreds of maps of the possible partition of Ukraine.

Almost all of these maps are taken from Russian publications of recent years.

We have repeatedly written about the impact of Putin’s propaganda on Russian citizens, drawing attention to the fact that any other information is not available to the most of Russian citizens.

It is interesting that lately, when the World was expecting a start of negotiations aimed to stop the war in Ukraine, to me it looked like amount of the pro-war publications in Russian media had grown.

I have made a selection of typical quotes from some Russian publications of the last month, commenting on the war with Ukraine. All these publications were reprinted by Rambler, one of the largest Russian web portals and news aggregators. According to Wikipedia, Rambler had a monthly audience of 26 million people in 2015.

On December 12, 2024 an article was published by the website NEWS.ru which was reprinted by Rambler. The article was entitled “It has become known to whom the territories of Ukraine will be given to in case of partition of the country.”

“ ’Poland and Hungary want to get the Transcarpathian region’, suggested associate professor of the Department of political analysis and social-psychological processes of the Plekhanov Russian Economic University military political scientist Alexander Perendzhiev. In a conversation with NEWS.ru, he expressed the opinion that the US and Germany would also like to get a part of Ukraine’s territory if the country is divided.

“ ‘It has long been said that Poland claims the territory of Western Ukraine. But the thing is that apart from Poland, Hungary would also like to get the Transcarpathian region. Nevertheless, the USA and Germany would also like to have their latifundia. These are mainly territories west of the Dnieper,’ the expert explained.

“ ‘Ukraine has recognized that Donbas is actually lost’, Perendzhiev thinks.

“Perendzhiev drew attention to the fact that the USA claims the south of Ukraine, including Odessa. According to the political analyst, these plans are not new and have been known to everyone for a long time.

“ ‘I think that the USA just designed this plan of war in order to get new territories for the US to be used in case of any problems. The example of such problem we all know: the Yellowstone volcano may wake up. If there happen such a catastrophe, the US could become uninhabitable at all. And it is not only Ukraine we are talking about here. The US may move to the Baltic States, Poland and so on’, Perendzhiev concluded.”

On December 14, 2024 the popular website Lenta.ru published and Rambler reprinted the article entitled “In the West there was stated that Britain intends to destroy Russia through Ukrainian conflict.”

“Britain is using the conflict in Ukraine to implement its plan to destabilize Russia. This was stated by Irish journalist Chay Bose in social network X.

“The British have wanted to destroy Russia for centuries. This ‘Ukrascam’ is just the latest embodiment of a decades old plan to destabilize Russia via Ukraine. He added that the failure in Ukraine only encourages the British side to act more aggressively and provoke further escalation.

“Earlier, British military expert Alexander Mercouris said that Ukraine’s collapse in the military conflict was inevitable. According to him, even the help of the West will not change the situation.”

On December 24, 2024 Rambler published an article under the title “In Russia there were named reasons for the decline of Western civilization.”

“The head of the Council of the Russian Federation Commission on Information Policy, the senator Alexei Pushkov said that the decline of Western civilization is caused by a number of factors. The senator wrote about this in his Telegram-channel.

“According to Pushkov, the reasons lie in the serious degradation of the ruling class, the policy of ‘open borders’ and the geopolitical fanaticism of liberal elites. ‘An anecdotal example’ of this is the United States.

“ ‘There, as it turned out, the elderly Joe Biden was not eligible to hold the presidential office at all almost after the beginning of his arrival in the White House due to progressive dementia, and his ‘successor’ Kamala Harris was also intellectually incapable of being vice president or a presidential candidate from the very beginning,’ Pushkov wrote.

“The senator noted that the culture of tolerance and multiculturalism promoted by the G7 countries is actually leading to the destruction of the indigenous nations of these states. The return of Republican Donald Trump, the parliamentarian called direct proof of the failure of Western migration policy.

“Pushkov informed about the fear of British soldiers to fight in Ukraine.

“Pushkov also believes that it was the desire for hegemony that prompted Western elites to start wars and coups d’état, including in Ukraine. As a result, this has only led to an increase in the fiscal debt of the United States and EU countries.”

Senator Pushkov is one of the most popular speakers on political programs of Russian TV.

On January 09, 2025 Rambler reprinted article, published by the website Ura.ru, entitled “He was right: Dodik recalled Putin’s prophetic warning to Europe.”

“President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik [WIKIPEDIA: Republika Srpska was established in 1992 at the onset of the Bosnian War with the stated purpose of safeguarding the interests of the Serbs of Bosnia and Herzegovina] recalled how Russian President Vladimir Putin warned back in 2007 that Europe would fail if it went against Russia in the context of NATO expansion. Dodik said this in an interview with journalists, noting that Putin was right. And that is why he wins and Europe loses billions of Euros.

“ ‘And what is Europe? What Europe? It lost many billions on the war in Ukraine and keeps losing in it. And who is winning? Putin. Because he was right from the beginning. Because back in 2007 [at the 2007 Munich Security Conference] he said: “Don’t do this, you won’t get anything’ Dodik noted in an interview with Serbian media.

“Dodik also recalled that it was Ukraine that violated the Minsk agreements, which was recognized both in the U.S. and Germany. At the same time, the president of Republika Srpska is perplexed why the whole world blames Russia.

“ ‘Why then they have Putin to blame, for what?’, he wondered.
“ ‘Putin has repeatedly noted that from the side of Ukraine and Western countries in general there was a violation of the Minsk agreements, which prohibited the expansion of NATO. The Russian President said that the special operation in Ukraine should have started earlier.'”

On January 9, 2025 Rambler and other 3 websites reprinted Gaseta.ru article, stating:

“On January 4, former US military intelligence officer Scott Ritter said that Ukrainian refugees who advocate nationalist ideology pose a serious threat to the United States.”

On November 19, 2024, Russian National News Service RIA Novosti reported: “Russia begins production of mobile bunkers against nuclear blast.” The report was reprinted by “Rambler.”

“Russia has started mass production of mobile shelters of the modular type ‘KUB-M’. They can be used to protect people from various threats, including light radiation from a nuclear explosion and radioactive contamination of the area.

“They are being manufactured in Dzerzhinsk, Nizhny Novgorod.

“The basic configuration includes two modules: shelter rooms for 54 people and a technical block. If necessary, “KUB-M” can be transported by road or rail to a new location and connected to engineering networks.

Mobile shelters of the modular type “KUB-M”. They can be used to protect people from various threats, including light radiation from a nuclear explosion and radioactive contamination of the area.

“Transportation and installation of the shelter is more than twice as cheap as the construction of a stationary shelter, and the period of its manufacture and installation does not exceed three months.

“Earlier in the United States the demand for the construction of doomsday bunkers had increased, reports Telegram-channel ‘Radiotochka NSN.'”
