Ex-Penn State officials want appeals courts to take cases

WITF / AP: The criminal case of former Penn State administrators accused of covering up Jerry Sandusky child sex abuse allegations could soon be under consideration by Pennsylvania’s highest court.

Lawyers for former athletic director Tim Curley has filed a request with the Supreme Court, asking it to review a county judge’s decision last month.
