“A grateful, outspoken recipient of the paper, tonight, asked me to be sure to bring to you’re attention the Speedwell Lake/Dam issue. He said he was the whistleblower that had brought to the attention of Lancaster Newspaper its front page revelation that water returned and was holding after recent storms. He said big shots had said dam was no good.
“He claims to know of an off the record statement from a game commission big wig that the only reason they’re closing the thing is so game commission doesn’t have to spend $$ to maintain….”
