Daddy Justice Civil Rights Case to Jury

I sued Berks County, two judges and row officers for first amendment violations.

They censured my cameras from public areas and attempted to block my investigation.

One example: The judges had taken control of areas including [for] row officers, county commissioners and even prison board meetings which are not part of the judicial branch.

Pro se, I made it all the way to jury decision but lost the decision. Still a victory and now have them in perjury.

They have just changed the policy within past couple days to reflect my points.

The prime story that has not been told yet is the judiciary branch “judges” taking over domain of row officers, DA’s, private non-profits, commissioners, prison board meetings, etc. And the press playing along so they can gain prefered access. You would agree judges should not be gatekeepers of press access to any of these.

After that, what we’re working on now is below;

I’m buying the audio recordings of the perjurious testimony.

Then intend to gather affidavits from WGAL, NBC, CBS, FOX, Reading Eagle, ABC and WFMZ after providing pertinent components of testimony to them for their review. I will simply ask them to confirm or deny the statements in the testimony as related to them.

I would prefer to get a PI to assist gathering this evidence. They were all mentioned in regards to restrictions, policies and actions re cameras and newsgathering access in the Berks Courthouse and Services Center.

To date I have spoken to two of the above and they have confirmed the fact that the testimony given was not true.

I am confident we will discover further proof of the falsehood as the investigation proceeds.

Robert, as you know it is not unusual for government officials to lie when confronted. What is unusual about this is that there are individuals who can prove the lies who not only have nothing to gain from the perjury but have a lot to lose if associated with the perjury. This is the chink in their armor and was one reason trial was worthwhile.
