After all, it is our neighbors who are the best security when seeing a strange car in our driveway at a time we are not home or noticing activity through our windows at night when they know we are on vacation.
Unfortunately, this is not something many of us do. First, it takes time and many of us have busy lives.
Second, a neighborhood watch involves leaving our house, introducing ourselves to our neighbors, organizing lists with names, e-mail addresses, phone numbers and vacation schedules…
