In reviewing NewsLanc‘s coverage of the second day of the Bucher vs. Lancaster Library trial, we noted an unfortunate choice of words.
Wilson Bucher testified that he had encouraged his son to apply for three jobs and assisted him in his preparations. NewsLanc originally stated that Judge Bucher had “played an instrumental role in arranging“ jobs for Thomas Bucher, which might be interpreted as having done something improper.
We regret our choice of words and apologize to Judge Wilson Bucher.
