Constitutional admendment process burdensome but…

Taking the Constitutional Convention or amendment approach is a challenging path.  But, because campaign financing has been so butchered by the Supreme Court we either need a constitutional change or a reversal by the Supreme Court.  I don’t want to pursue the Constitutional Convention or amendment process — it is so burdensome — but what is the alternative?  Campaign finance can no longer be done by legislation.  The Supreme Court has closed the paths.
