An interesting article that raises some interesting questions.
These days when everything, everywhere is subject to being monitored by video, even when people are not aware of it, there is hardly any expectation of privacy to complain about. If the film-maker is not obstructing your path and/or not threatening you, if you don’t want tt be filmed, perhaps just keep walking rather than feeding into the drama?
While wiretapping laws do vary from state to state, the underlying safeguards were to protect people from unknowingly being recorded. I don’t think that is how DaddyJustic.com operates, at least from the video that was shared in the post on “some abuse camcorders.” Unfortunately, that is what it sometimes takes for people to take notice of things that otherwise go undetected or exposed.
Editor’s note: The following is from a female:
To the respondent who is offended by, “Daddy Justice’s” film-making,
I ask you to see another side of him. I have know Ben Vonderheide personally for 2 ½ years. He responded to my plight to get my children back from Lancaster County Children and Youth.
“Daddy Justice,” was there to support me, in court, last May. He was surrounded by people from all walks of life. People who are desperate for some sort of justice in the Family Law Courts. To me, and the people who know , “Daddy Justice,” he is a modern-day hero.
He has endured 8 years of being falsely accused, by the mother of his son. He began filming 5 years ago. Thus, [she] was the first woman ever convicted of perjury, in a family law court, in history. She still got their son.
Ben tried to go through the correct legal channels. Unfortunately, the only thing that seemed to help him was to expose the hypocrisy.
He also stands up for, “Father’s Rights.”
The one thing I know is that, as I held my daughters, and said good-bye, “Daddy Justice,” was there to film our final visit, despite objections from Lancaster County Children and Youth, and threats from sheriff deputies.
I thank God for Ben Vonderheide, I respect him for filming the truth.
