“In order to make government more accessible and informative to its citizens, Lancaster County provides on-demand video of Lancaster County Board of Commissioners meetings on its website. The video of these meetings is being made only for broadcast purposes as a public service and it may not be used for any political or campaign activities. No warranty or guarantee of any kind is provided.
The official record of these proceedings shall be the County Commissioners’ meeting minutes as approved by the Lancaster County Board of Commissioners only.”
