Cleaning up ‘Brownfield’ sites

The Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection (DEP), in conjunction with the Lancaster County Planning Commission, will be hosting an informative/educational seminar on Brownfields.

This program offers individuals the opportunity to hear speakers from DEP and the Lancaster County Planning Commission regarding the unique challenges on how to clean‐up and revitalize the valuable land from Brownfield sites.

The event will be held on Thursday, May 14, at the Lancaster County Planning Commission, First Floor Conference Rooms, 150 North Queen Street, Lancaster, PA 17603. Check‐in time will be 8:15 A.M. with a light breakfast. The presentations will begin promptly at 8:45 A.M., so please arrive early. The presentations are scheduled to last for two hours and will be followed by a question and answer session and success stories.

Thanks to the generosity of DEP sponsors, there will not be a fee to attend this session. However, registration is required to accommodate all attendees.
