Child welfare agencies seek cut of Penn State’s $60 million fine in Jerry Sandusky scandal

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS:  The NCAA ordered Penn State to pay $60 million to finance programs aimed at preventing child sexual abuse, and some say that money should stay in the Keystone State.

National child welfare organizations have their hands outstretched for some of it.
