It amazes me how the public and my real estate clients never read or listen to news until it effects them personally!
For people to now say they were unaware of the tax situation with the PSP project is pure bull…. One hears only what they want to hear.
The millions that the City forgave in Permits for this project as well as for F&M and LGH is amazing. These millions are now the difference in monies needed to hold taxes down and provide necessary services for the city.
