Hamid Zahedi, managing partner of the downtown Brunswick Hotel, advised NewsLanc by e-mail mid-week that the Brunswick Hotel has obtained an Occupancy Permit from the City of Lancaster.
The hotel was closed last July by order of the Fire Department due to apparent and alleged fire code violations.
Zahedi did not respond to a follow up inquiry as to whether there are plans for the re-opening of the Brunswick.
