Bail outs more important than student tuitions

According to an article in the Patriot-News, Pennsylvania State University students may face a tuition increase of $250 per semester.

One way to view what may come to at least a  five million dollar over payment for the former Pennsylvania Academy of Music building  by Millersville University is that the extra money is enough to defray the increased tuition for the entire Millersville student body!

Apparently, to whomever conjured up the purchase price, students rank lower on the priority scale than bailing out a local bank and its loan guarantors.
