At some point, the keys must be taken

From the Observer-Reporter:

We have suggested before on this page that state lawmakers should take action to protect motorists from those who use hand-held cell phones to talk or text while driving. The House has done just that, and at last check the bill was awaiting action in the state Senate.

Perhaps when they are done with the cell phone legislation, our state leaders could address another threat to Pennsylvania drivers: elderly people who are no longer physically or mentally capable of safely operating a motor vehicle.
