Anti-incumbent slate sweeps to victory in Penn State trustee elections

PENNLIVE:  Barbara Doran, William Oldsey and Edward “Ted” Brown have won the three alumni seats on the Penn State board of trustees, in a resounding win for the grassroots Penn Staters for Responsible Stewardship group.

The two incumbents seeking re-election, vice-chair Stephanie Nolan Deviney and member Paul V. Suhey, were defeated.

Besides the new alumni trustees, board leaders announced the reappointment of Karen Peetz and the appointment of Pittsburgh attorney Richard K. Dandrea as delegates from Pennsylvania’s business and industry sectors…   (more)
