Aggressive reporting causes fight or flight reaction

I’m so tired of Ben’s minions using the reaction of people he decides to ambush as evidence of their guilt!

Picture yourself in your back yard gardening. Your mind is a million miles away thinking about what you’re gonna have for dinner, or what your kids said to you that morning and out of nowhere this loudmouth person appears yelling questions at you and moving rapidly towards you yelling louder all the time. In most people, this kinf of ambush, caught completely off guard triggers the fight or flight response. and if you get up and start moving away, he follows you yelling all the time. If your fight response is triggered instead and you allow yourself to become angry and yell back, then of course you’re guilty of something too.

B.s. these are normal responses to the lowest form of “journalism” the ambush reporter.

You have to realize that the people who work in the courthouse and wherever else he finds people to ambush may not be in their back yard but their minds are completely on something else when out of nowhere he shows up yelling.

I’ll never forget the look on Rep. Katie True’s face as DJ was accosting her. Looked like fear to me. I’d be willing to bet that if he would have called and made an appointment to do an interview with most all of these people you wouldn’t have seen any of the fear/anger results that he seems to so love to capture.

Guess that wouldn’t be good for his casting them as demons though would it now.

  1. Gandhi says:

    First they ignore you
    Then they ridicule you
    Then they fight you
    Then you win

  2. Picture yourself at home gardening when the police come.

They take your children and throw you in jail based wholly on lies and with no due process because your a man.

You fight for years but loose at every point due to discrimination and feminist anti-father funded “Programs”

Your children are left fatherless and your life is in ruins.

Say you’re not a flighter and you take a camera and begin to expose this horror as a fighter. Yes some American men will still fight for their children, their freedom and their rights
Then deep cries of foul and sympathy for the government agents and profiteers.

Pray tell, when did the government agents become more important than the citizens.

  3. Great post. There are more influential ways to fight for fathers’ rights than to accost them with a video camera. Funny that those on “the other side” of this issue are so effective at using kindness and compassion as methods to keep fathers from their children, and yet we’re supposed to praise aggression as the answer?

How about using the same tactics that the so-called feminist anti-father funded “Programs” employ? Maybe then, you’d have a coalition of supporters here and in Hgb. who are willing to pursue true change.

  4. I am someone who has had the honor of spending two years around Ben Vonderheide, aka “Daddy Justice.” His case is exactly as stated.

Ben went to expose corruption which was happening in the Berks County Courthouse. In trying to expose the truth, he was charged with Disorderly Conduct, even though a police officer who was much louder, shouting curse words, and jumping around, was not charged. Over the past two years I have witnessed the, “Reading Railroad” first-hand…

As Ben went further up the ladder of appeals, he was given increased punishment. In Judge Linda Ludgate’s courtroom, we were surrounded by 8 sheriff deputies, and Sheriff Weaknecht himself, 3 DA’s, and countless other government employees…all for a Disorderly Conduct charge.

We were also intimidated and threatened. I am from out west, and it is appalling to see how PA government preys on it’s citizens, in both Lancaster and Berks County. They use tax dollars to abuse their citizens.

Ben is a true hero. Lancaster and Berks Counties need a hero. Yes, Ben is hated by many lawyers, judges, politicians, police, feminists, and child protective services. There are just as many who admire him for his brave tactics, in exposing government abuse..

While Daddy Justice is certainly a lightening rod, hated and loved, he has people at least discussing the unpopular issues.

Ben is criticized for his tactics, but can you think of anyone else who has made an impact in family law, in Lancaster, as Daddy justice has?

It is not a business for Ben, and there is no pay for fighting the system, on behalf of the underdogs. He carries his camera to protect himself and his rights. I have seen and heard him talk many a father “off the cliff,” and away from violent action, when they’ve lost everything to the system.

Make your own decision after watching his videos. It’s easy to criticize from the safety of your computer, while Ben risks his very life, fighting for your freedom and rights. He is a brave soul, and he doesn’t get paid for his work.

    Incidentally, I am a woman.

  5. Ben has raised awareness of Men’s issues before the courts, sheriffs, police and politicians.

I had a picnic with several politicians and community leaders in attendance. Invited Ben and, when I said he was a fighter for men’s rights, he got a rousing ovation.

Since I’ve known him we have introduced House Bill 1575 which will help men in pfa court, formed The Men’s Law Project, and had other accomplishments. Contributions can be sent to 36 East King St Lancaster, Pa.

We are fighting womens groups heavily funded by our tax dollars. We desparetly need money and help from a grant writer. If you can help call 717 431 2000.
