AG Kathleen Kane will file ‘Porngate’ email request next week

“Attorney General Kathleen Kane has not filed with me any petition, pleading, motion or other request for Court action. Accordingly, I will take no official action at this time.

“As the Supervising Judge of the 35th Statewide Investigating Grand Jury, I made no decision based upon politics, gender, anger, bias or prejudice. The emails that are in Attorney General Kane’s possession were not introduced into evidence before the 35th Statewide Investigating Grand Jury.

“The 35th Statewide Investigating Grand Jury was composed of honest, hardworking men and women, Democrats and Republicans, with various ethnic and employment backgrounds. I take this opportunity to thank them for their work.”… (more)

  1. So Kane just needs to roll the dice; they want to ruin her she should just send the whole package of Corbett cronies porno stashes to every news outlet in the country. She might lose her job but the rest of Corbett’s swineherd can have their Bud Dwyer moments.

    EDITOR: Is it fair to ruin careers just because of minor indiscretions? Isn’t this sinking to Corbett’s level? In our view, the only relevance of the pornographic e-mails is when they apply to the credibility of charges against Kane.
