AG Kane to face criminal charges, sources say

Kane is accused of leaking grand jury material from a 2009 case before she was attorney general. She admitted that she authorized releasing information about that case to the Philadelphia Daily News, but said the information wasn’t protected by grand jury secrecy.

  1. All Kane has to do is indict Fermin for something, based on the standard the Republicans set it could just be she makes bad coffee, that would put her away for at least 20 years in PA.

    Look at most of Corbett’s prosecutions when he was the great Knight and Protector of the Commonwealth. He put away so many Democrats it actually affected the vote totals enough he could get elected as governor.
