A time to set profit aside: A Trip Adviser review

“Excellent Service !!!”

We stayed at this hotel from Oct 28th, till Oct 31st. This was during the SANDY storm in NJ.

On Monday 29th the hotel lost electricity and there was no Internet, mobile access, light, hot water, etc…
The human team in the hotel was 10 times more powerful than the storm.

They do everything to have all the guest well accommodate during this hard days.
I don’t know what other hotel do, but 100% that I will come back to this hotel every item I need to stay in the area.

They got 2 power equipment to keep the kitchen working FREE OF CHARGE for all the guest. They even put some electrical plugs so we can charge our mobile phones and be in touch.

There are no words to say THANKS to all the staff of this great hotel, that serve all of us in a wonderful way.

EDITOR:  When the proper ethos has been created over the decades, management and staff don’t have to be told what to do.  If they work for a caring company, they feel free to follow their best instincts.

There are times to put the profit motivation aside and recognize we are all in this world together and act accordingly.

Yes, we are proud to say the Newark Airport hotel is part of The Manor Group.

  1. Fantastic story Robert. Congratulations to you and your incredible staff.

  2. Yes, congratulations on serving the customer well!

And thanks to the guest for the feedback. A large part of the Internet’s power is ability for consumers to check out how well suppliers serve customers.
