I got an e-mail from thSen. Lloyo (CRIZ) Smucker with a list of all the PA DOT bridge / highway projects listed for this area. There were many, many line items, but no expected starting dates; not one.
Without starting dates it becomes a “someday” list. After all, we just gave the state over $2 trillion dollars for these projects.

A followup call from the Senator’s staff explained that the highway projects are scheduled over a period of 12 years (3 sets of 4 years) starting 2014. Thanks to the senators staff for clearing this up.
