$71 million: State gave away that much because of an outdated vendor tax discount

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS Editorial:  Gov. Tom Corbett has proposed capping the state’s vendor sales tax discount.

Lawmakers should easily agree and move forward while working on the state spending plan to make the change.
