Bedbugs continue to bedevil Harrisburg School District

HARRISBURG PATRIOT-NEWS:  For the last several weeks the district has been battling the insects at Camp Curtin Elementary.

Knight-Burney said the school has torn out carpets in the affected classrooms, has been bagging children’s coats and spraying a non-toxic dust to try and contain and control the insects.

EDITOR:   This is a universal problem.   Airports, public transportation, and many residences are infested.  Hotels spend a small fortunate in detection and extermination, often contracting for specially trained dogs to locate problems.  

It is essential that the first sign, an exterminator be called in.   Otherwise dealing with the problem will become more expensive.
