So Lanc City officials shakes down a developer for $1M under the guise of traffic and stormwater issues, but then use that $1M to fund efforts to buy targeted commercial and commercial corridors properties (with priority over other bidders) instead of blighted properties as the land bank program was designed. Believe me, this money has already been earmarked to help finance the acquisition of the vacant building across the street from the tax-payer financed white elephant of a ConCenter. LNP/PSP will be the only ones to benefit (profit) from this next chapter of a dreadful novel.

Someone needs to procur an independent investigation, and provide the taxpayers with the ‘Right To Know” about all the behind closed doors negotiations that took place, and continues to take place involving this fiasco.
