Lancaster Historic Preservation Trust Denies Giving $3 Million
to Bridge Convention Center Funding Gap
In a letter to NewsLanc.Com regarding a report
that the Historic Preservation Trust would contribute
$3 million towards closing the $20 million convention center
funding gap, Tim Smedick, Executive Director, states
"This was an inadvertent reporting error by the Lancaster
Newspapers...[W]e will not be giving money to the
convention center project."
