UNCB gives boot to PA Academy of Music in late May

A notice dated March 19, 2010 was sent by United National Community Bank to the Pennsylvania Academy of Music, advising them that their lease will expire as of May 25, 2010.

It states “The Landlord hereby exercises its Early Termination Right , as provided for in Section 2.5 of the Lease.  This letter is intended to serve as the Termination Notice called for in Section 2.5 of the Lease.  Accordingly, the Tenant is hereby notified that the Lease shall be terminated as of, and the Termination Date referred to in Section 2.5 of the Lease, is May 25, 2010.”

It goes on to say “The Tenant is hereby directed to vacate the Property on or before the Termination Date.”
