Pa. board opens new investigation of Justice Eakin in porn email scandal

ABC 27: The Pennsylvania Judicial Conduct Board has opened a new investigation into a state Supreme Court justice who’s linked to a new discovery of allegedly pornographic and racially offensive emails.

Chief Counsel Robert Graci on Friday said the board did not have all information on the emails when it concluded a previous investigation of Justice Michael Eakin and dismissed a complaint against him last year.

Attorney General Kathleen Kane, after she was arraigned on an additional perjury count in Montgomery County last week, released a letter she sent to the Judicial Conduct Board, the Ethics Commission and the Supreme Court’s chief justice… (more)
