LETTER: Understanding Kathleen Kane’s main point re porn e-mails

Re: Strip clubs, sexual commentary were topics of Eakin emails

The main point that Kane has been trying to make but isn’t allowed to since she has to respond to all the game playing from these judges and prosecutors is: judges and prosecutors exchanging inappropriate and offensive emails are revealing a level of familiarity with each other that they shouldn’t have.

An example would be, as a worker in an office would you exchange sexual emails with a co-worker or supervisor you don’t know personally? Would you exchange them with anyone other than someone you know has the same weird predilections that you have?
So what does it reveal when judges, prosecutors and U.S. Attorneys are exchanging them?

What other information is moving between them that could be prejudicing court cases they may be all involved in at some point?

Answer these questions and you will get to the bottom of the conspiracy to prosecute Kane.
