A July 7 article “[Congressman Joe] Sestak talks Specter; Discusses possible race during visit” relates “Sestak…is passionate about health care reform, something he noted pointedly that Specter vetoed when proposed by the Clinton administration.”

WATCHDOG: Specter was not president, only a senator, so he only got to vote against the Clinton proposal, not “veto” it.
