State ponies up $2M grant for The Crossings

CENTRAL PENNSYLVANIA BUSINESS JOURNAL: East Lampeter Township-based High Real Estate Group LLC is drawing support from the state as the company carries out the largest project in its 50-year history, receiving a $2 million grant from Commonwealth Financing Authority.

The grant helps cover the cost of the $120 million mixed-use project, called The Crossings at Conestoga Creek. The Crossings will be located on Harrisburg Pike across from Long’s Park in Manheim Township, Lancaster County…

The Crossings qualifies for the grant because of its anticipated economic impact and unique features, including an educational walking trail that will have signs with historic information about the property, according to Saylor, who recommended the authority approve funding… (more)
