Are we supposed to have sympathy for him? Caveat emptor.
As far as I am concerned, he is one of the people who should have known better than to push forward a $15-$20 million dollar project based on $40-$50/hour music lessons. What kind of morons would approve of such a project or pledge money towards it?
By the way, while it is not often mentioned, the County p*@sed away $1 million in donations, of our money, towards that ridiculous project.
Good thing it’s free. Last time I contributed to something by Veri & Jamanis, it cost my foundation millions.

We understood that Ware was released from his personal guarantees of millions in loans to PAM when Millersville University paid a very generous price for the PAM property. Millions in donations were lost by contributors, including the Field Family.
