LETTER: LCCCA won’t speak out about one sided agreements

…You won’t read about [“One sided agreements”] in Lancaster’s print monopoly. Only stories of misdirection and scapegoating.

Now, anyone who speaks the truth about the current default and the impending interest cliff are to blame for the fact that we built the wrong project in the wrong place at the wrong time and with the WAY WRONG structure.

The fact that you don’t hear a single public statement from any LCCCA staff or board member is the real problem here. This is not international diplomacy. They should call a spade a spade. They should spend half of the time they spend lobbying for tax increases calling out their “partner” PSP.

They should spend 10% of the SEVEN MILLION DOLLARS they spent litigating with the hoteliers unraveling these unholy agreements in the courts. We must hold ANY LCCCA associate accountable as long as they remain silent on the PSP issue

  1. There is probably fine print in those agreements that disallows anything negative to be spoken, broadcast or written about PSP!!!!!!!!!

Otherwise, maybe WGAL would do an investigative report. You would think the entire “Susquehanna Valley” would be interested!!!!!
