#Kane Has The Right To A Fair Hearing

CITIZENS4KANE:  This Tuesday, Attorney General Kathleen Kane will be the subject of a removal hearing for allegedly leaking grand jury information and then lying about it. Unfortunately, leaking grand jury information to the media apparently is a practice utilized quite frequently and also has been alleged with respect to the (Jerry) Sandusky grand jury.

The Centre Daily Times published an article, “Prosecutor to examine whether secrecy rules were violated in Sandusky investigation,” on Feb. 28, 2013, announcing appointment of a special prosecutor in this matter:

“Judge Barry Feudale gave lawyer James Reeder a six-month appointment that started Feb. 8, according to the court order obtained Wednesday by the Centre Daily Times.

“Feudale wrote in the order that a ‘preliminary investigation’ demonstrated the need for a more expansive probe. Feudale gave Reeder independent authority and said the special prosecutor can use a grand jury to investigate and the power to offer immunity.”

Like Kane or not, she has a right to a fair hearing, which is being denied; but that’s another issue that few seem to care about save those who are desperate to silence her. What others would like to know is whatever happened to James Reeder and his investigation?
