EDITOR: Paul Ware was the chairman of the board of the Pennsylvania Academy of Music (PAM) and as such the overseer of the budget and expenditures. We understood that Ware was released from his personal guarantees of millions in loans when Millersville University paid a very generous price for the PAM property. Millions in donations were lost by contributors, including the Field Family.
